FUFULIDUO Fraud Prevention Notice
Dear Customer,
Every transaction should be completed with clarity and confidence.
To protect your personal information and transaction security, please remain alert to suspicious calls, text messages, emails, LINE messages, social media accounts, or other communications claiming to represent FUFULIDUO, a bank, a logistics provider, or a customer service representative.
FUFULIDUO Will Never Ask You to Do the Following
FUFULIDUO will never contact you and claim that there is a duplicate order, an incorrect instalment setting, a membership upgrade, a system error, a failed refund, or another account issue in order to ask you to:
Use an ATM to cancel, reverse, verify, or process any transaction
Follow telephone instructions to operate online banking or transfer funds
Transfer money to a so-called “safe account,” “verification account,” or “designated account”
Provide your online banking password, ATM PIN, or complete credit card security code
Provide an SMS verification code, one-time password, or other authentication information
Click an unfamiliar link, download an unknown application, or scan a suspicious QR code
Add an unofficial LINE account
Enable screen sharing or allow remote access to your device
An ATM cannot cancel an instalment plan, reverse a card payment, correct an order setting, or complete a refund verification process.
Fraudsters commonly claim that an order was duplicated, an instalment payment was mistakenly activated, a customer account was upgraded, or a payment setting is incorrect. They may then instruct the customer to use an ATM, online banking service, or payment application.
Please end the conversation immediately if you receive this type of request.
Bank Account Information for Legitimate Refunds
If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery and a refund has been confirmed through our official return process, FUFULIDUO may contact the purchaser through an official customer service channel to request the bank account information necessary to complete the refund.
Even when processing a legitimate refund, FUFULIDUO will never ask you to:
Provide your online banking password or ATM PIN
Provide your complete credit card security code
Provide an SMS verification code or one-time password
Use an ATM or online banking service according to telephone instructions
Transfer money before receiving a refund
Pay a verification fee, deposit, security fee, account release fee, or similar charge
If you are uncertain whether the person contacting you is an official FUFULIDUO representative, stop providing information and contact us again using the details published on the official FUFULIDUO website.
Suspicious Calls and Messages
Please exercise caution when receiving an unexpected call displayed in an international format, including a number beginning with “+” or “+886.”
Caller identification information can be falsified. A telephone number that appears to belong to a local business, bank, delivery company, government agency, or customer service centre does not by itself confirm the caller’s identity.
A fraudster may also know part of your name, telephone number, order details, or delivery information. The ability to provide limited transaction information does not prove that the caller represents FUFULIDUO.
End the conversation immediately if the person contacting you:
Creates a sense of urgency and demands immediate action
Claims that you will continue to be charged unless you act immediately
Uses partial order information to gain your trust
Offers to transfer you to a bank employee, financial specialist, police officer, prosecutor, or government representative
Asks you to add a private LINE account
Requests screen sharing or remote access to your device
Sends an unfamiliar website address, shortened link, payment link, or QR code
Requests a password, verification code, financial account information, or money transfer
Do not call a telephone number provided by the suspicious caller or use a customer service link sent in the message.
Open the official FUFULIDUO website independently and contact us using the customer service information published on the website.
What to Do If You Receive a Suspicious Communication
End the call or stop responding immediately.
Do not click any link, scan any QR code, download an application, or follow instructions involving a financial account.
Contact FUFULIDUO through an official customer service channel to verify the order or communication.
For matters involving a bank account or credit card, contact the bank directly using its official telephone number.
Call Taiwan’s National Police Agency 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification and assistance.
If you have already disclosed financial information, completed a transfer, or noticed unusual account activity, contact your bank immediately and call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline.
Where immediate police assistance is required, call 110 or visit the nearest police station.

Protecting Your Account and Personal Information
To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, we recommend that you:
Use a different password for each website or account
Create a strong password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
Avoid reusing passwords previously used for other services
Review your member account and order history regularly
Avoid saving login information on public or untrusted devices
Never share your account password, financial password, or verification code with another person
Change your password and contact customer service immediately if you receive an unusual login or order notification
Avoid clicking links in unexpected messages and access the FUFULIDUO website directly through your browser
FUFULIDUO will never use an unofficial account to request your password, verification code, banking login details, or other confidential financial information.
