Any accommodation, assistance, or exceptional handling of a particular matter does not mean that every future circumstance of the same or a similar nature will receive identical treatment.
Each matter will be determined according to its facts, the agreement between the parties, and applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits a statutory consumer right.
